Our Story

It started as an idea for cousins, Samantha and Lynda. The idea was to make the thoughtfully designed and curated charcuterie spreads they would make at their family gatherings available to those who wanted the same. After some tinkering, Fig&Brie™ was created in 2020 with its production limited to Samantha’s cozy kitchen. During most of 2020, Fig&Brie™, fortunately, was able to grow its base during the pandemic offering safe and contactless deliveries for the spreads they were actively showcasing on their social media. After seeing how lucrative charcuterie was, Samantha’s business-savvy brother, Raul, decided to invest and really define their business model. Now with a 1,300 square foot brick and mortar in the heart of westside El Paso–Fig&Brie’s growth continues to be promising.
